PAYMENT METHODS

ONLINE/REMOTE PURCHASE
(purchase in our website or remotely)


1. CASH ON DELIVERY (only for Greece & Cyprus for up to 2.500€ orders)
We accept cash on delivery only for shipping in Greece and Cyprus. We ship orders by ACS Courier and you can pay in cash to the delivery man. The order should be in total less than 2.500€. For purchases more than 2.500€ you have to choose another payment method. 

2. BANK DEPOSIT
You can pay with bank deposit to the bellow bank accounts. Foreign customers should have the order printed and use full bank details in order to do the transfer. Please don't forget to include the order number in the bank transfer details. We will ship only after the amount of purchase is shown in our bank account. It takes about 1-2 days for European countries and 3-4 days for the rest.

You can pay in cash in our shop for up to 500€ orders. You have to choose another payment method for bigger orders. For bigger orders our customers usually make deposits to the closest to our shop bank (5min walk).

4. CHEQUE
We accept cheques only from Greek banks and after settlement with our customers. Customers should send before the purchase a copy of the cheques in order to check them with our bank.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
GREECE (via ACS courier next day delivery)*
(for greek customers)

For Greek customers we send the orders via ACS Courier. All shipments are "next day delivery" except for some special occasions (bad weather conditions, holidays, weekends et.c.). Shipping charges vary depending on shipment location.    

1. Shipping charges for Athens.
Minimum charge is 7€ for up to 3KG weight.
For every extra kilo there is an extra charge 1,50€ per kilo.

2. Shipping charges for the rest of Greece.
Minimum charge is 9euros for up to 2KG weight.
For every extra kilo there is an extra charge 2€ per kilo.

You can use your forwarder if you want for online or remote purchase. You have to be aware that we are nor responsible for any damage caused during transport if you use your forwarder-courier. We recommend you to use our forwarder-courier, ACS Courirer, for safe shipments.

EUROPE (via TNT courier 5-day delivery)*
(for european customers)

For European customers we send the orders via TNT Courier. All shipments are 5-day delivery except for some special occasions (bad weather conditions, holidays, weekends et.c.). Shipping charges vary depending on package weight.

Minimum charge is 59€ for up to 10KG weight.
For every extra kilo there is an extra charge 3€ per kilo.   

You can use your forwarder-courier if you want for online or remote purchase. You have to be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport if you use your forwarder. We recommend you to use our forwarder, TNT Courirer, for safe shipments.

REST COUNTRIES (via TNT courier 5-day delivery)*
(for the rest of the world)

For the rest customers around the world we send the orders via TNT Courier. All shipments are 5-day delivery except for some special occasions (bad weather conditions, holidays, weekends et.c.). Shipping charges vary depending on package weight.

Minimum charge is 139€ for up to 10KG weight.
For every extra kilo there is an extra charge 5€ per kilo.   

You can use your forwarder-courier if you want for online or remote purchase. You have to be aware that we are nor responsible for any damage caused during transport if you use your forwarder. We recommend you to use our forwarder, TNT Courirer, for safe shipments.

* Shipping charges are made according to shipping details and not billing details
** For Greece and Cyprus it is also available "Cash on delivery" for easier payments. It is available only for orders up to 2.500€.

Orders for products that are not in stock cannot be cancelled even if there are delivery delays from the supplier-manufacturer.


VAT CHARGES
GREECE (24% or 17%)*
(for greek customers)

1. For most places in Greece VAT Charge is 24%. So, Greek customers should pay extra 24% on the prices of our website. 

2. Only for the following departments in Greece VAT Charge is 17%:

- Lesvos
- Chios
- Samos

EUROPE (0%)*
(for european customers)

All European customers don't pay VAT. So VAT charges are 0%. European customers do not pay anything extra on the prices of our website.

REST COUNTRIES (0%)*
(for the rest of the world)

Also all other customers around the world don't pay VAT. So VAT charges are 0%. So customers do not pay anything extra on the prices of our website.

WARRANTY
1. All our Products have at least 1 year Warranty. In our website we give the exact warranty period for all our products that is given from manufacturer.

2. Most of our products should be registered upon purchase to get extended warranty period. Registration should be done in the manufacturer's web pages by giving personal details and serial number of the product. Some manufacturers give 5-year extended warranty upon registration. 

3. If you have problem with your product in the warranty period you should inform us immediatelly by sending us an e-mail at warranty@blk.gr. You should give us a short description of the problem and some pictures or videos showing the problem would be also helpful. We will contact our supplier asap in order to solve the problem in the fastest way possible. Usually the product should be send back to the manufacturer in order to check and solve the poblem. Manufacturer may change the problematic product with a new one or change the problematic part. Every manufacturer has different policy and we have to follow its rules.

4. Shipping charges are covered by customer.

5. For Products in the Waranty Period we offer a similar device, based on availability, to ours customers until repairing procedure ends. Also we make all firmware updates for all our customers free of charge. 


RETURN POLICY
If you decide that you want to return a product purchased from us you may do so within 3 days from purchase. Please read carefully the following rules:

1. Returned product should be unused and in perfect condition. In case of electronic devices, they should not be turned on at all. Scratches or broken parts is a serious reason for not accepting the exchange. So, you have to send it first in order to check it and then we will decide if we will accept it or not.

2. The product should be in the original box with all the accessories. If something is missing we can't accept it.

3. We don't give full refund for the returned product. You should buy something else at the same cost. Second return in a raw is not accepted. 
  
4. Shipping charges are covered by customer.

5. Batteries, Softwares, PC Configuration systems, cameras and special orders are non-returnable products. 

6. Products that are not in stock and for which we have placed an order, cannot be returned. Also, these orders cannot be cancelled even if there are delivery delays from the supplier-manufacturer. 

7. If you don't return the product within 3 days we will not accept it.


ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY
Estimated time of delivery is not an accurate time of delivery. It is just an estimation according to our supplier's information. One day after payment we will have accurate time of delivery according to our supplier. We are not responsible for any delays may occur. We don't accept order cancellations because of delays from our suppliers or the transport company.


TRANSACTION SECURITY
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
