2. PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY (exclusive for Greece & Cyprus, limited to orders up to 1500€):

We offer the option of cash on delivery for shipments within Greece and Cyprus. Please note that this payment method is exclusively available for orders with a total value of up to 1500€. Our designated courier partner, Geniki Taxidromiki, will handle the delivery, and you can conveniently settle the payment in cash with the delivery person. However, for purchases exceeding 1500€, please select an alternative payment method.

ORDERS

1. PLACING AN ORDER (for non-stock items):

To proceed with ordering non-stock items, a 50% deposit is required to secure the order. Please note that failure to submit the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the order not being placed.

Upon receiving the products included in your order, the remaining 50% of the total order amount must be paid in order to proceed with the release of the order. We kindly request prompt payment of the outstanding balance to ensure the timely release of your order.

If a customer exceeds a one-month delay in paying the remaining 50% balance to collect their order, we reserve the right to offer these products to other customers.

Kindly be aware that payments are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation. Therefore, we strongly advise double-checking your order details before making the payment.

Order cancellations are not permissible even in cases where there are delays caused by the supplier or the shipping forwarder. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we proceed with the necessary arrangements to fulfill the delivery. We understand that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier or shipping issues, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of your order. 2. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

The order will be released only upon full payment. Please ensure that the total payment has been settled in order to receive your order in its entirety.

Order cancellations are not accepted for any reason. Additionally, any payments made towards the order, including deposits or advance payments, are non-refundable.
