Performance
The Node 5G offers a higher level of performance. It supports 5G SA (Standalone) and NSA frequencies, increasing compatibility with networks worldwide. With Carrier aggregation and MIMO on uplink, the Node 5G can increase your upload connectivity and reliability for supported carriers in the most challenging environments. It delivers a maximum of 480 Mbps downlink and 480 Mbps uplink, providing more than enough bandwidth for your Prism and Serv devices.
Carrier Compatible
Node 5G works with virtually any SIM card, and can operate on most 5G/LTE/4G/3G data bands in the world. In combination with Teradek products, the Node 5G can be customized for continued carrier support allowing custom firmware for specific carrier options.
Node 5G can join private networks using band 48 or 5 such as Ericsson, Baicells, and many other networks for transporting video across private cellular networks.
Node 5G is authorized to be provisioned with T-mobile and AT&T in the United States. It’s also authorized with Verizon Native Carrier when used with Teradek Data. Full Verizon certification is coming soon.
Teradek Data ready
The Node 5G contains an eSIM slot that is provisioned to be Teradek Data ready. Allowing continued and growing native carrier support.
GPS
Node 5G supports GPS mux’ed on it’s antenna for future uses with Teradek products or your third party application.
Super Durable and Weather Resistant
Traditional USB modems are easily broken during extended use in the field. Node 5G solves the durability problem with an aluminum chassis, 3 ¼”-20 mounting options, and a 5-pin locking connector to attach to your Teradek device or computer.
