SmallRig Monitor Cage Kit for Atomos Shinobi II / Shinobi GO 5030 is designed to protect the camera body, provide additional expansion interfaces, and enhance monitoring in bright shooting environments with the sunhood. The kit includes the cage, sunhood VH2269, and a tempered glass screen protector.
 
The cage features a built-in NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories with NATO clamps, like magic arms (2071B) and monitor supports (BSE2385). It also has 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories such as monitor supports (2903B) and magic arms (2070B), as well as ARRI locating holes for attaching magic arms (2115C). The incorporated cold shoe mount allows for attaching wireless microphones, video transmission devices, and more. Additionally, there are strap holes at the top and bottom for attaching shoulder straps.
 
The cage is lightweight and compact, weighing only 96.3g (3.4oz). It comes with a dedicated cable clamp to secure HDMI and USB-C cables (also compatible with Atomos HDMI and USB-C high-speed cables), protecting the interfaces and ensuring stable data transmission. The cable clamp can be installed directly on the monitor or mounted onto the cage.
 
Additionally, the kit includes a sunhood and tempered glass screen protector for improved monitoring in bright conditions and scratch protection for the screen.
