The DeadCat VMP is a furry wind cover for the VideoMic Pro, designed for use in windy environments. Its artificial fur is specially designed so as to minimise wind noise while remaining acoustically transparent. The DeadCat VMP is compatible with the VideoMic Pro rubber-band models only (pre May 2015). For VideoMic Pro models with Rycote Lyre onboard please see DeadCat VMPR.
